    About Washout Vending

Washout Vending LLC is a Charleston, South Carolina-based provider of vending, micro-market, coffee, refreshment, restocking, and related facility services for offices, properties, schools, healthcare locations, hospitality sites, government buildings, and similar locations in the surrounding service area.

  3. 03

    Website Information Only

Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes. Service availability, equipment availability, route coverage, pricing, product mix, lead times, service frequency, response times, and eligibility may vary by location and are subject to review. Information on the site may change without notice.

  4. 04

    No-Cost Equipment Placement

No-cost equipment placement is offered to qualified locations only. Qualification depends on factors that include, but are not limited to:

    • Site review and on-site assessment
    • Expected usage, traffic, and headcount
    • Route viability and service area coverage
    • Equipment availability and product fit
    • Power, access, ventilation, and safety conditions
    • Service feasibility and schedule
    • A signed service agreement

Washout Vending may approve, decline, resize, modify, replace, relocate, or remove equipment based on usage, access, safety, service feasibility, equipment performance, product movement, or the terms of any signed agreement. The phrase “no upfront equipment charge” does not mean every location qualifies or that any specific equipment, brand, or model will be placed at any specific site.

  5. 05

    Service Plans and Quotes

Washout Vending offers several service approaches, including no-cost equipment placement for qualified locations, monthly equipment and service programs, and support for client-owned or leased equipment. These options are described on the Service Plans page for general reference only. Any pricing, service fees, product pricing, commissions, revenue-share terms, equipment fees, freight, setup fees, or other charges must be confirmed in a written quote, invoice, proposal, or service agreement before a service relationship begins.

  6. 06

    Written Agreements Control

Website content, phone calls, emails, text messages, form submissions, and preliminary discussions do not create a binding service agreement, equipment placement agreement, lease, partnership, franchise, agency relationship, exclusive relationship, or guarantee of service. Where there is any conflict between website language and a signed written agreement, the signed written agreement controls.

  7. 07

    Equipment Ownership and Restrictions

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, all equipment placed by Washout Vending remains the property of Washout Vending or its equipment partners. Clients, employees, tenants, and site users may not move, open, modify, rebrand, unplug, damage, tamper with, service, relocate, or attempt repairs on placed equipment without prior written permission from Washout Vending. Clients are asked to promptly notify Washout Vending of damage, malfunction, unsafe conditions, access issues, or suspected tampering involving placed equipment.

  8. 08

    Client-Owned Equipment

Where a client owns or leases existing equipment, Washout Vending may accept or decline service for that equipment in its discretion. Client-owned equipment must be safe, accessible, serviceable, compatible with intended products and payment systems, and suitable for the site. Washout Vending is not responsible for prior damage, manufacturer defects, unsupported models, outdated parts, unsafe installation, code or compliance issues, payment-system problems, or equipment failures involving client-owned equipment unless responsibility is expressly accepted in writing.

  9. 09

    Site Access, Power, and Conditions

Clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to placement areas, appropriate floor space, safe placement conditions, electrical access, ventilation where applicable, site coordination, and parking or loading access where applicable. Clients should notify Washout Vending of access restrictions, building rules, security requirements, elevator or freight access limitations, loading dock constraints, and schedule constraints that may affect service. Washout Vending may decline, pause, or suspend service if site conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or not operationally or economically viable.

  10. 10

    Products, Selection, and Availability

Product offerings may vary by supplier availability, location type, equipment type, product movement, seasonality, spoilage risk, demand, and service schedule. Washout Vending may adjust product mix over time. The website does not promise that any specific product, brand, healthy option, coffee item, beverage, or snack will be available at any location at any given time. References to healthier selections describe general product preferences and are not medical, dietary, or nutritional advice.

  11. 11

    Payments, Fees, and Revenue Arrangements

Any monthly fees, service fees, commissions, revenue-share terms, product pricing, equipment charges, freight, installation costs, maintenance charges, cancellation fees, or other payment terms must be set out in a separate written quote, invoice, proposal, or service agreement. Website content does not establish a fixed price, payment obligation, or commitment of funds by either party.

  12. 12

    Cashless Payments and Third-Party Systems

Equipment placed or serviced by Washout Vending may rely on third-party payment processors, cashless card readers, telemetry systems, inventory systems, card networks, banks, delivery providers, hosting providers, email providers, and other service providers. Washout Vending is not responsible for third-party outages, transaction declines, connectivity issues, processing delays, bank or card fees, reader downtime, mobile app problems, or third-party policies beyond its reasonable control. Payment-card information used at machines is generally handled by third-party payment systems and is not collected through the Washout Vending website.

  13. 13

    Service Interruptions and Equipment Downtime

Washout Vending works to provide reliable service, but equipment downtime, product outages, supplier shortages, weather events, site access issues, power outages, internet or connectivity problems, vandalism, freight delays, and other disruptions may occur. No statement on the website should be read as a commitment to uninterrupted service, a specific restocking frequency, or continuous availability of any particular product.

  14. 14

    User Conduct and Website Use

Users may not misuse the website, submit false or misleading information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, scrape content, introduce malware or harmful code, impersonate any person or business, or use the website for any unlawful purpose. Washout Vending reserves the right to refuse or restrict access where it reasonably believes the website is being misused.

  15. 15

    Intellectual Property

Website content — including text, copy, layout, design elements, graphics, images, photographs, logos, branding, and the Washout Vending name — is owned by Washout Vending LLC or its licensors unless otherwise indicated. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, or use Washout Vending branding or website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

  16. 16

    Third-Party Links

The website may include links to third-party websites or services for convenience. Washout Vending does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, products, services, accuracy, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party site. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

  17. 17

    Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Washout Vending LLC, its members, employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, business interruption, or loss of data — arising out of or related to use of the website, inquiries made through the site, unavailable products, equipment downtime, service delays, third-party service issues, or any inability to access the website.

  18. 18

    Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, users agree to be responsible for claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from their misuse of the website, false or misleading information they submit, violation of these Terms, or any unauthorized interference with Washout Vending equipment, property, or site systems.

  19. 19

    Changes to These Terms

Washout Vending may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means the user accepts the updated Terms.
