Washout Vending
Service Plans

Vending and coffee service plans for your space.

Some locations qualify for no-cost equipment placement, while others are better served through a monthly service program or client-owned equipment arrangement. Washout helps match the plan to your traffic, space, product needs, equipment preferences, and service expectations.

Three ways to work with us

Different setups for different spaces.

Plan 01For qualified locations

No-cost equipment placement

A simple way to add vending or refreshment service without buying the machines.

For locations with the right traffic, access, power, and service fit, Washout may be able to place vending, coffee, or refreshment equipment with no upfront equipment purchase from the client. This option is designed for properties and facilities that want a convenient amenity for employees, residents, guests, or customers without taking on equipment ownership, product ordering, restocking, or routine machine service.

How you benefit

  • Adds a useful on-site amenity without purchasing machines
  • Helps keep employees, residents, guests, or customers on-site for snacks, drinks, or coffee
  • Avoids inventory ordering, product tracking, and restocking work
  • Avoids routine machine maintenance coordination for the client's team
  • Gives the location a local direct contact when service is needed
  • Keeps the setup simple: Washout handles the equipment, products, stocking, and routine service

What it can include

  • Vending, coffee, or refreshment equipment matched to the space
  • Product mix planning based on the location type and expected use
  • Scheduled restocking
  • Routine service and machine support
  • Cashless payment options when available and appropriate
  • Adjustments to product mix over time based on usage
Important

No-cost placement is available only for qualified locations and is subject to site review, expected usage, route viability, equipment availability, power and access requirements, product fit, and a signed service agreement. Equipment type, number of machines, product selection, and service schedule are determined after review.

Plan 02For premium setups, specialty needs, or lower-volume spaces

Monthly equipment & service program

A flexible option when the location wants more control, premium equipment, or a more predictable service structure.

Some spaces want a specific type of setup — such as premium coffee or espresso equipment, a micro-market style refreshment area, a certain machine style, or a service plan that may not be supported by product sales alone. A monthly equipment and service program gives the client a clearer structure while still letting Washout handle the setup, stocking, and ongoing service.

How you benefit

  • Makes premium or specialty equipment more realistic for the location
  • Works for lower-traffic spaces that still want a strong amenity
  • Gives the client more flexibility around equipment type, service expectations, and product program
  • Helps support coffee, espresso, micro-market, or custom refreshment setups
  • Keeps service predictable instead of relying only on vending sales volume
  • Reduces internal workload by having Washout manage stocking and routine service

What it can include

  • Equipment use or equipment program support
  • Coffee, espresso, vending, micro-market, or refreshment setup options
  • Scheduled restocking and product rotation
  • Product planning based on the location's needs
  • Routine service coordination
  • Local support from Washout
  • Optional specialty product requests when feasible
Pricing

Monthly pricing is quote-based and depends on equipment type, number of machines, service frequency, product program, location access, setup needs, and whether specialty equipment or custom service expectations are involved.

Important

This option is best when a location wants a higher-touch setup, premium equipment, specific service expectations, or an amenity that may not qualify for no-cost placement based on sales volume alone.

Plan 03For organizations that want ownership or already have equipment

Client-owned equipment + Washout service

A service-first option for clients who prefer to own or lease their equipment while using Washout for stocking and support.

Some organizations prefer to purchase or lease their own machines, follow internal equipment standards, or use equipment they already have. In those cases, Washout can review the setup and determine whether ongoing stocking, product planning, and service support are a good fit.

How you benefit

  • The client keeps ownership or lease control of the equipment
  • Useful for organizations with internal purchasing requirements or preferred equipment standards
  • Separates the equipment decision from the ongoing service program
  • Gives the client access to local stocking and refreshment support
  • Can work well for certain campuses, facilities, offices, and institutional buyers
  • Helps turn existing or client-selected equipment into a managed refreshment program

What it can include

  • Review of existing or proposed equipment
  • Product planning and stocking support
  • Service schedule recommendations
  • Refreshment program setup
  • Routine restocking by agreement
  • Guidance on whether equipment is compatible with the location's needs
Pricing

Service pricing is quote-based and depends on equipment condition, equipment compatibility, product needs, service frequency, location access, and the amount of support required.

Important

Client-owned equipment must be safe, accessible, serviceable, and compatible with the products, payment systems, and service model needed for the location. Washout may decline service for equipment that cannot be safely, reliably, or economically supported.

Not sure which fits?

Which plan is right for your location?

Most locations do not need to know the exact structure before reaching out. Washout can review the space, expected traffic, product needs, equipment preferences, and access requirements, then recommend the plan that makes the most sense. The goal is to make refreshment service simple for the client — whether that means no-cost placement, a monthly service program, or support for client-owned equipment.

How we decide what fits

Traffic and expected use

Daily foot traffic, team size, shift patterns, and how often people will actually use the setup.

Factor

Space and power

Available footprint, ventilation, and electrical access for the equipment under consideration.

Factor

Product needs

Snack, beverage, coffee, or micro-market mix — and any specialty or healthier-selection requests.
